Construction Project Manager

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget requirements are met at every stage.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop project schedules and monitor progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
  • Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings and resolve site issues promptly
  • Maintain documentation and project records accurately

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/year

  • Compensation based on experience, certifications, and project portfolio

Physical & Onsite Requirements:

  • Regular site visits and inspections
  • Ability to climb scaffolding and work at heights
  • Ability to lift and carry construction materials
  • Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE usage

Selection Process:

  • Submit CV and portfolio of completed projects
  • Initial HR interview
  • Technical assessment and project planning exercise
  • Final interview with senior management and project directors

Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements and demonstrate the ability to manage construction projects safely, efficiently, and within budget. All selected candidates will be required to complete background checks and other company-required assessments.
